• Whether there is a manhole or inspection chamber you can see, and if it is full
• Roughly when it started, and whether it has happened before
• Your postcode, so we can tell you honestly how long we will be

While you wait

• Stop using water in the house. No taps, no toilets, no washing machine
• Keep children and animals away from any chamber that is standing full
• Do not lift a heavy cast cover on your own
• If anything is discharging near a building, tell us when you ring
